1 lb. pork sausage
4 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
4 cups grated cheddar cheese
cup picante sauce
1 cup kidney beans
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1/3 cup sliced black olives
Sliced jalape o peppers to taste
Crumble and brown sausage until no longer pink. Drain fat. Place
sausage on paper tower and set aside. In medium saucepan over medium
heat, melt margarine. Whisk in flour and cook until bubbly for one
minute. Continue whisking and gradually add two cups milk. Cook
until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in picante sauce, kidney beans, green onion,
black olives, jalape o peppers and cooked sausage. Serve hot with
