Cheddar Apple Coffee Cake

The taste of fall in this coffee cake

Ingredients
1 frozen Sara Lee Butter Streusel Coffee Cake
1/2 cup chopped apple
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Cut frozen coffee cake lengthwise into 2 layers. Sprinkle bottom layer with apple, then Cheddar cheese. Replace cake top. Cut into pieces. Heat in preheated 350°F. oven 15 minutes. OR For microwave: place on plain side of lid. Heat on high power about 1 1/2 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
