Cheesecake

4 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 1/4 c sugar
2/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Beat cheese until smooth. Add sugar and cocoa, then vanilla and eggs.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Pour into
prepared crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove~but do
not turn off the oven. Spread Sour Cream Topping on cheesecake and
return to for an additional 30 minutes. Chill on a wire rack when
finished baking. Chill overnight in refrigerator.

Sour Cream Topping
2 c sour cream
4 T sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix until smooth. Spread evenly over cheesecake.

Garnish chilled cheesecake with chocolate curls or shavings.
