Taco Bake 

This is a wonderful Tex-Mex-style dish to serve to guests or your family. Serve with tortilla chips. 

Ingredients: 
1 to 2 pounds ground beef
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 (16 ounce) can of refried beans
1 (16 ounce) package fresh or canned salsa
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions: 
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). 
2 In a large heavy skillet, brown hamburger and drain fat. Mix in dry taco seasoning. 
3 Spoon browned meat into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Spoon a layer of refried beans over meat, then salsa. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for about 20 to 25 minutes. 
Makes 1 - 9x13 inch dish
