Ham & Cheese Soufflé

Ingredients
Use Two 2-quart casseroles, greased 
1 loaf cubed Italian bread 
1 pound sliced cooked ham, cubed 
12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese 
Blend well:
6 tablespoons flour 
5 tablespoons melted butter 
2 tablespoons dry mustard 
8 eggs 
4 1/2 cups milk (1/2 evaporated, 1/2 water) 

Pour mixture over ham & cheese and bread. Chill covered overnight. Bake uncovered at 359 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Serve immediately.
