Ingredients
1 frozen Sara Lee Bagel - Plain, Egg, Onion, Cinnamon Raisin or Poppy Seed
3 oz. (1/2 cup firmly packed) hamburger*
2 tablespoons (1/2 oz.) shredded Swiss or American cheese
Split frozen bagel; place cup side up on foil-covered baking sheet under broiler until golden. Remove from broiler; spread 1/4 cup hamburger on each bagel half, leaving center hole open. Return to baking sheet; broil 3-5 minutes to taste. Top each bagel half with 1 tablespoon cheese. Serves 1.
* Variations: Combine 1 of following with raw hamburger; proceed as above:
2-2 1/2 tablespoons catsup, chili, barbecue sauce or Dijon mustard
2-3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1-1 1/2 tablespoons prepared mustard or prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons chili seasoning mix
