Mock Philly Sandwich 

Ingredients 
1 package frozen Sara Lee Bagels - Plain, Egg or Poppy Seed 
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened 
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish 
2 tablespoons butter 
1 medium onion, peeled, sliced and rings separated 
3/4 pound rare roast beef, thickly sliced 
4 slices (4 oz.) white or yellow Cheddar cheese 

Heat or toast bagels according to package directions. Combine cream cheese and horseradish, if desired; spread mixture on top and bottom bagel halves. Melt butter in small skillet; saute onion rings until golden. Warm beef in skillet. Place beef on bottom bagel halves. Divide onion into 4 portions; top each with cheese slice. Place portions over beef; add top bagel halves. Serves 4.
