1/4 cup light olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
1 large garlic clove chopped
1/8 teaspoon ground dry mustard
Directions:
1 In a blender or food processor, puree together olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, garlic and mustard until smooth. Toss with fresh greens or vegetables.
