Avocado Frappe 

Ingredients: 
2 ripe avocadoes
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
3 cups milk

Directions: 
1 Peel avocados and remove the pits. Cut flesh into chunks. 
2 Put into blender with orange peel, ginger salt and pepper. Blend, adding milk a little at a time, until mixture is smooth. 
3 Pour into dish, cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled. Garnish with avocado slices if desired. 
Makes 5 servings
